packages to consider droppping

Going over other related packages not maintained by the team I see
asterisk-prompt-de . It needs a little bit of work to convert to the
newer layout of asterisk 1.4 (Mario: do you need help there?).

There are also reports about missing prompts (#402991, #546567), and
a complaint that upstream is gone (#508463).

Is there any better alternative?
