Is a sort of version number. "-1.4.22-" part refers to the Digium
release number of the voice set, "mm" stands for Marco Menardi, the date
is my own version number created with yyymmdd format. If someone tells
me about a issue or I improve the quality or translation of some file, I
re-release the whole set with the new date.
I would love if we can decide together the description of the package,
since the previous one had some phrase taken random from the .PDF
included... :)

I'm not expert of Joomla! and as far as I know, the "pub" directory my
hosting firm gives me is not browseable.

In a separate distribution named
"asterisk-extra-sounds-it-DIGIUM_VERSION-mm-MYRELDATE". I've already
prepared the single sounds, tonight or tomorrow will build the set and
email you about it.
Best regards
