Package: asterisk
Version: 1:1.8.13.1~dfsg1-3+deb7u3
Severity: serious

Asterisk crashes:

[35737.133589] asterisk[8584]: segfault at 7f7208021000 ip 00007f7227e3def9 sp
00007f720f2c4480 error 6 in libspeexdsp.so.1.5.0[7f7227e2f000+12000]

I can trigger this using a test in my application, which produces the following
few lines of debug output just before the crash:

Sending ManagerAction:
org.asteriskjava.manager.action.RedirectAction[action='Redirect',actionid='null',extracontext='null',priority='1',extrachannel='null',context
='conf-hold',exten='moh',extrapriority='null',channel='Local/18202 at dial-out-
from-conference-98e9;1',extraexten='null',systemHashcode=1463699668]

ManagerResponse is: org.asteriskjava.manager.response.ManagerResponse:
actionId='null'; message='Redirect successful'; response='Success';
uniqueId='null'; systemHashcode=1058186770

No ManagerEventInterpreter was found for eventtype: MeetMeLeaveEvent

VarSetEventInterpreter will now process:
org.asteriskjava.manager.event.VarSetEvent[dateReceived='Wed Aug 06 23:56:09
CEST
2014',privilege='dialplan,all',sequencenumber=null,timestamp=null,uniqueid='1407362109.11',value='56',server=null,variable='MEETMESECS',channel='Local/18202
@dial-out-from-conference-98e9;1',systemHashcode=255564526]

I also created a backtrace for asterisk, which is available here:
http://server.c-otto.de/~cotto/backtrace.txt

For that I compiled asterisk from source and configured DONT_OPTIMIZE and
BETTER_BACKTRACES.

I'm happy to provide further information!
