Actually the problem is still present AFAICT and should not have been
tagged pending. The Provides field should be automatically calculated
based on the provided plugin ABI. Right now it is still hardcoded, but
to asterisk-11 instead of asterisk-1.8. This has the same problems that
hardcoding asterisk-1.8 had; it will get out of date. Based on the
message below from the bug report, the Provides should be set to
asterisk-${source:AST_BUILDOPT_SUM} and that calculated from
AST_BUILDOPT_SUM in buildopts.h.
