The extended description reads:
> This package contains the online API in HTML for the libspandsp, a low level signal processing library that modulates and demodulates signals commonly used in telephony, such as the "noise" generated by a fax modem or DTMF touchpad. 

libspandsp is a proper noun. "the libspandsp" should read either "the spandsp signal processing library" as in the short description, or just "libspandsp" or "spandsp".

By the way, the issue reported in #725886 persists (in libspandsp2).
