New PortAudio release coming, update in time for Debian import freeze in Ubuntu?

Thank you! I think the only caveat is that this is an RC and might not be
the final stable release. They are actively discussing this on their
mailing list. There haven't been any reports of issues yet. However,
PortAudio in general keeps their trunk stable at all times. Most people
outside of the GNU/Linux world just release from the tip of their trunk
instead of their stable version.

As for release numbers, Ross (CC'd) could comment on that. The new release
probably won't be a new major release so keeping with the v19+svn<date> may
be the best option.
