Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Orca, MATE, accessibility enabled.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

In main window, tab key. You reach on a button to enable the phone keyboard, and
another to start a call.

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The screen reader just speaks "Button".

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

Should speak the name of the button. But for that, the button should have a
label. It has not. Or not matching to widget.
