Supporting H.323 Stack in Stretch?

I suppose I should make another upload of t38modem. Upstream is a mess -
essentially it seems to be a matter of "pick some github that seems to
reflect the best you can hope for, because noone has cut a release for
ages". Is h323plus now the accepted normal openh323-derived library? I was
thinking that Opal seemed like the normal one...
