Please remove tox repository in pkg-voip-team

Disclaimer: I have no idea about tox.

I think any repository should have the same name as the source package.
In both repositories the source package name tox is used.  So if you
plan in the long future to release what is in this repository you would
need to change the source package anyway - may be toxcore is a sensible
name.  So renaming the repository to this name makes sense as well.

No problem.  This was not the "loudest noise" ;-) I stumbled upon when
inspecting team repositories.
