app_rpt is not built ATM (not built by default).<br>

I'm really surprised to see res_musiconhold in the list, and need to<br>
look into it. Looks like it should stay in the main package. Apart<br>
from it, all the others are obvious. meetme has a reasonable<br>
replacement with app_confbridge now. But anybody who needs Meetme<br>
specifically will need DAHDI anyway.<br>

Another question is the matter of timing. Is splitting Asterisk now a<br>
good thing?<br>
<br>
For the record: there is another pending split request: move the<br>
conflicting packages of voicemail backends to separate packages. It has<br>
not yet been recorded by a bug report.<br>
