Dep-Waiting libumlib-dev is IMHO acceptable for such situations. It means
that if umview starts supporting those architectures, those packages
will get built automatically then. The alternative is to put these
packages to not-for-us or packages-arch-specific, which will require
manual intervention to get them built again.
