Possible to have a team in webkit maintaining all webkit browsers perhaps ?

Hi all,
I do not know if this is the proper place or not but wouldn't it be
nice/great if there is/was a team which took the responsibility of
everything within webkit and debian.

The thing is I also use lot of webkit-based browsers and generally
find that somehow the webkit based browsers do not seem to be
maintained as par as on to say pkg-mozilla (gecko) team. If such a
team would be there it would be good as people would be able to share
expertise perhaps and also find motivation for doing regular
updates,bugfixes etc. (probably)

In general also the state of Midori. Although with midori I have to
say the maintainer is generally quite co-operative.
