[pkg-wine-party] Bug#746661: wine64-dev-tools: winebuild not functionable

Hey,

I've thought a bit about this problem: Simply moving the binaries
to /usr/bin/ won't work as wine32-dev-tools and wine64-dev-tools could
be co-installed currently and this would result in a conflict.

Maybe it would be possible to create a new package "wine-dev-tools",
which pulls in on i386 wine32-dev-tools and on amd65 wine64-dev-tools.
In order to keep the possibility to co-install both packages,
wine-dev-tools would then maintain symlinks via the alternatives
toolchain to the appropriate binaries in /usr/lib/<arch>/wine/bin/ ...
It would then be easy to switch the arch, install both packages
side-by-side and have at least one implementation in a standard path.

Do I overlook something?

Greetings
Winnie
