Because I fail to understand why, I am going to comment here.

Here is what is happening, now that #783814 has been fixed libwine now
properly Depends on libjpeg:

However this was not true back in 1.6.2-20:

-> libjpeg is not in `Depends:` fields

So I would be tempted to marked this bug as closed in 1.6.2-21, but
since I do not understand the initial forcemerge I am not touching
this bug report.
