[pkg-wine-party] wine (stretch)

I just cherrypicked some changes from master (wine-development) to
stretch (wine). The main remaining differences are
  * unicode (will try that later, but there are relevant upstream
changes which I need to look into before)
  * gstreamer (not in 1.8) and
  * fonts ( #814844 needs to be fixed in wine and wine-development, but
I have no better idea than going back to the previous state with
duplicated fonts).

Besides that wine 1.8.1-2 doesn't migrate to testing because it's
building on armhf since 13 days. If there's no new upload this weekend
we'd need to send a hint to restart that build.

Finally I noticed that the wildcard in wineVERSION.manpages causes
different packages between an indep-only and a full build - the latter
will include all manpages. I'm working on that and will soon push a
change with all manpages for binaries in /usr/lib/wineVERSION/ also
packaged.

The fonts issue and the manpages are kind of blockers for pushing the
packages to backports.
