Indeed. You may simply test building only the arch specific packages
(-B), this is what would happen for a binNMU, wouldn't it?

Since wine passes the test now, I'm quite sure that there is no libpng16
problem in wine-development. There is only one month upstream
development between them, and I'm not aware of any relevant changes in
Debian. Of course we still need to verify that by testing.
