I'd preferred to keep this bug for wine-development, and close it once
the packages are built. Anyway:

Confirmed, with the new binutils I can build i386 again.

And also armhf compiles and links successfully again on debomatic[1]. I
didn't test armel but expect it to also build again.

So I just asked for a give-back on armel and armhf.

It failed in a later stage due to #843073 (dpkg-shlibdeps: broken [on
some arch] with merged /usr). But this shouldn't be a problem on the
real buildd.
