Bug#85591: Scaled background menu : should use keep the aspect ratio by default

Control: tags -1 fixed-upstream

This has been fixed in the development branch upstream [1]. In 
particular, all five possible options (tiled, scaled, centered, 
maximized, and filled) are now available in the background menu.

This fix will be uploaded to Debian upon the next official upstream release.
