[pkg-wpa-devel] wpa_gui deletes id_str

Hi,

as some of you might remember I like to use wpa_gui as a configuration tool, I 
therefore set "update_config=1" in my wpa_supplicant.conf. It is well known 
and documented  that comments are lost from wpa_supplicant.conf when using 
this option and updating the config. 

Unfortunately, even "id_str=..." entries are lost after updating the 
configuration via wpa_gui. Can this be fixed somehow?

BTW, yes, I still use wpa_action for roaming and have not found a reason to 
reinstall the init script ;-)
