Package: wpasupplicant
Version: 0.5.4-5
Severity: normal

Hi,

For some time now I've been unable to use wpasupplicant with IEEE802.1x. I tried it with both ipw2100 and ipw2200 boards and it allways complaints about "Failing to set encryption" and:
 ioctl[IPW_IOCTL_WPA_SUPPLICANT]: Operation not supported

A small part of the log is the following:

I'm launching wpasupplicant as:
# wpa_supplicant -c /tmp/wpa_supplicant.conf -i eth1 -dd -D ipw

Any ideia?

Cheers,

/rp
