[pkg-x2go-devel] Bug#693710: Updated X2Go Icons

Hello,

as there was still a discussion on the used licences (CC licence on
non-human created bitmaps), I had to change the licence again.
To keep everything compatible to debian, the "source" of the icons and
the script building the bitmaps is now using the GPL V2 Licence.
