don't know, but if it would restart "xend" or "xendomains" then we could add a 
hook in there to move /lib/tls away, so that after libc6 is upgraded the tls 
problem will not exist...

but I am not sure if this would be the right way... maybe it is really better 
to let the user decicde what he wants to do. not everybody might want to use 
the same solution for this problem.
