    Not everywhere that the dependency was needed. It was in the 'xen'
package dependency but 'xen-utils' only had it on xen-hypervisor. We
could also change xen to depend on just xen-hypervisor now as
essentially xen-hypervisor-pae is the same as xen-hypervisor just with
PAE support. It simplifies the dependencies since you can use either one.
