oh, I hadn't included the ChangeLog file in 3.0.1-0tha1 and 0tha2 and fixed 
that in 0tha3. I needed some time before I noticed that the mecurial archive 
is not missing the ChangeLog because it's the native hg log and everbody can 
produce it easily.
