The order matters in the fact that the first one is always tried before going to
the second, AFAIK. Anyway it's not really important, I just had udev before
because I expect it to be the one really used by most people... But we need the >=
because otherwise it could be installed on a system with an old udev, and
without hotplug (since it's an or...)!

We shouldn't count or bet on it anyway... We really have to try to stick to the
RM schedule or we risk delaying the release ourselves! It might not happen in
december, but we have to be ready when they say so, for the sake of our cars!
(RMs are not as evil as policy people...) ;) (<- I guess the ones we really
don't want against is debian-legal, though.... For now no problem!) ;)

There would be if udev (>= 0.059) was fulfillable by sarge udev... But it seems
not (I hadn't checked before, just trusted what sayed on the list), so I think
you're right...
