Ok, I did it... Tell me if you spot any issues with the new copyright file...
I updated the header from upstream's COPYING file, which was changed since Xen
2, and included the full text of the other COPYING file we have removed from the
include directory, as long as the list of the files it applies to! We should be
fine, I think! :)
