For our users we have to distribute it... But I don't think they care if it's in
the package or on the internet... ATM they already have to fetch the kernel from
kernel.org, they can also fetch the patch! :)

True... But it was steve who mentioned wnpp, so... On the other hand there needs
to be a way to tell ftp masters to reject the current pending upload, and accept
the next one, whether we do it now or later on...
