in my opinion it would be better not to mention dom0_mem & mem at all, because 
it's not needed anymore. If you care about new users, why making the menu.lst 
more complicated then really needed?

the optimal setup is not using dom0_mem in my opinion. there are some cases 
where using dom0 mem is really better, but I think a default setup shouldn't 
use dom0 anymore.

But if you think it's really confusing, then take it out... it's not really 
important for me personally.
