Sorry if I was a bit absent... I was finishing my thesis... Now it's turned in,
at last! :)

So... it seems the svn is pretty broken this days... I didn't have time to study
the changes completely but so is what I get from reading the ML... If things
don't get better how about just going back to the last version that we knew was
working (r71) and then adding 

a) the package name change (from xen to xen-3.0 and so on)
b) the other new features that are now in debian/rules (eg: maintainerclean)

it seems that those two changes could have been done in a lot less invasive
way... And since we seem to agree that we don't want to cross-compile and thus
we don't need the arch in the package name we wouldn't even need to revert that!
(unless someone tells us why we need that)
