Mine is pretty much the same. I'm using a 2.6.18 dom0 kernel built from
the xensource tree at http://xenbits.xensource.com/linux-2.6.18-xen.hg
but I don't see that would make a difference although when I get a
chance I'll reboot into an Etch kernel to be sure.

My guest was only 128M but I just upped it to 256M and it was ok. Can
you send the complete config file you are using.

You could try adding "debug" to your kernel command line (taking away
quiet if present). Jeremy will likely suggest some others.
