I quite need the e1000e eth and iwl-5000 wlan drivers for my laptop, and
Xen for my developments, so yes, I'm interested in running 2.6.27 with
Xen, and I read the Xen developer list (only for my laptop though, for
my servers 2.6.26 is quite ok...).

So I tried it when it was announced: I did a "hg clone" of it, then ran
make-kpkg kernel_image on it, and it failed saying:

cp arch/x86/boot/bzImage
/usr/src/linux-2.6.27-xen.hg/debian/linux-image-2.6.27.5//boot/vmlinuz-2.6.27.5
cp: cannot stat `arch/x86/boot/bzImage': No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [debian/stamp/install/linux-image-2.6.27.5] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.27-xen.hg'
make: *** [kernel_image] Error 2

what did I do wrong here?

Thomas
