It's still a work-in-progress and I wouldn't hold your breath waiting
for it.  If you want get your hands dirty in the guts helping work on
it, by all means come and join xen-devel.

Sadly the Xen kernel situation is going to remain difficult until the
dom0 pvops kernels are stable.  In the meantime the 2.6.18 kernels
from etch do work with lenny under many conditions, and of course you
can build your own 2.6.18 dom0 kernel from the Xen kernel branch.
