I think 2.6.18-5-xen kernel is a pretty safe choise.. official xen 3.2.0 is
based on 2.6.18 kernel anyway (xensource has not updated xen patches for
later kernels).

There has been a lot of problems with the 2.6.2x xen kernels..

Redhat is working at the moment to finish the xen support in 2.6.2x
kernels and they're going to submit the required patches (for dom0 and
x86-64 support etc) to vanilla/linus kernel. This work will be included in
Fedora 9.
