AIUI, the final trademark license will be something along the lines of
"you can keep the name as long as the packages pass our compatibility
test". This is certainly not something specific to Debian. Yes, this
means we need to change the name if incompatible modifications are made,
but this does not break the DFSG since we are still free to change the
name for more important modifications.

Currently we are in a more blurry situation, since the compatibility
test has not been written yet.
