That kind of message is useless. Please desist.

Filing (good) bugs is useful as it helps us improve Debian.

Telling people they're doing a bad job is not useful. It doesn't help
the developers improve anything; it just makes them upset. If you
don't like the way something is, then you need to help improve it.

In the case of most of your complaints, what firstly seems to be
needed for you to help is for you to understand the situation in more
detail so that you can see what the underlying causes of the problems
are. Then you may be able to help address those causes.

For example, the lack of a dom0 Xen kernel in lenny (or sid for that
matter) has been discussed here before. You will need to read the
previous discussion to understand this problem, which is difficult.
After all everyone who is interested in both Xen and Debian would like
to have a dom0 kernel in lenny. You don't need to tell us it's
important. If you are serious about improving this situation you need
to come and help Xen upstream get dom0 pvops working and then we can
perhaps have a suitable thing in a future lenny-and-a-half.

If you don't want to help in these ways, because you don't have the
skills or time, then at the very least you should refrain from
hindering by sending discouraging emails.

Ian.
(just a random DD, in this message - although as you know my day job
 is with Citrix on Xen.)
