I wonder what to do with this problem. All the other distros are
shipping qemu-dm with Xen packages, so missing qemu-dm gives pretty bad impression
of Debian Xen packages.

Using upstream Qemu with Xen is not really an option right now, afaik [1],
so the qemu-dm included in Xen should be included in the debs.

And yes, I've read the mails above multiple times..

[1] Since upstream Xen ships and supports the included qemu-dm only, atm.
