Thanks for your answer.

The kernel version is the original version 2.6.26-2-xen-686
cat /pro/version
Linux version 2.6.26-2-xen-686 (Debian 2.6.26-19) 19.August 2009

The NICs are working with Linux Version 2.6.26-2-xen-686 AND
XEN-UTILS-3.2-1, after installation of the newer XEN-UTILS-3.4 the NICS does
not work any longer.
