Remember Debian dedicarion to freeness and open
things. It's not right to tell Bastian he isn't
doing some good: he is just complying with the way
Debian does a free (as Freedom) operating system.

The issue with blktap2 was the use of openssl which
is incompatible with the GPL licence. This has
normaly been solved upstream since 4.0.1, but I
don't know the status in Debian (I didn't check).

We have to wait for his answer about pv-grub...
