I can see that it doesn't implement force-reload, but are there any other issues with it that make it not LSB compatible? it has some stuff in that's not strictly necessary for debian, but it looks like it ought to do something that resembles the correct thing. It seems to me that it would minimise effort if there wasn't a need to maintain a second similar xendomains script for Debian, so I would have thought any other fixes that are required could perhaps be upstreamed?
