You're right, we should probably create two new packages for these.
These should probably be called libxen-ocaml and libxen-ocaml-dev, as
the Debian OCaml Packaging Policy states
(http://pkg-ocaml-maint.alioth.debian.org/ocaml_packaging_policy.html/c305.html).

Would this be acceptable to the Xen maintainers? If so, we will
consult the OCaml task force about creating new OCaml packages.
