[Pkg-xen-devel] [OCAML 6/7] Create 2 ocaml packages, libxen-ocaml-4.1 and libxen-ocaml-dev.

Ah, it's expecting suffixes of ocaml and ocaml-dev is it? I'll fix that. Thanks!
