It should be.

This is not a library, but a command-line tool, "ocamlfind". It's a kind
of pkg-config for OCaml libraries. It can probably go to Recommends or
Suggests.

These are the versions support for ${ocaml:*} substitution variables
have been added. I guess they can be removed now, but I generally wait
for versions to be fullfiled in oldstable before removing them.
