I did prepare a source package at 
http://ftp.cyconet.org/debian/archive/unofficial/xen/4.0.1-5/. You can also 
find some binary packages there ... I tried xen-hypervisor-4.0-
amd64_4.0.1-5_amd64.deb on stable and this fixed the issue on the affected 
system. .oO(Yeah! ;)
