Okay, I've got a branch on my github for this. I've removed the call
to xen-cmdline, and I've changed the firstboot directory to
/var/lib/xcp/firstboot.d/. Thomas, I'm not sure what the best way is
to make sure that this directory is properly created at xapi install
time, so I've left that bit to you.
