A few thoughts I have.

As it doesn't seem to be long to generate the
template list, wouldn't it be possible to do that
at runtime when running "xm template-list"?

The other (probavly temporary until we have a better
solution, but as well policy compliant) way to fix
this bug would be to do nothing and just document
what to do in a README.Debian.

Also, last time I did a setup, the templates where
*not* rebuilt automatically at 1st boot time. I had
to do it manually.

Thoughts?
