Hi Ian,

Indeed, that seems ok to me. The only thing we needed was to not do
anything with xm/xl if xapi is selected, and this does the job.

Now, one thing I'm not sure, is how XAPI should be recovering from
an unexpected reboot (which is why I'm CC-ing Mike and Jon). I haven't
seen any mechanism so that VMs managed by XCP are started/stopped
at [re]boot time. Do you have any idea how that works?
