While I take your point that xapi is not a full-blown web server, it
does in fact provide HTTP -- try pointing your browser at it. You can
put HTML files in /var/www/html and xapi will serve them for you. So
it's not wrong that xapi defaults to using ports 80 and 443, it's just
a problem that it's not configurable.
