OK, I wasn't aware of it's status, I'll try not to use it for any
configuration task for now.

I just did

xe network-create name-label="My private internal network"

I could then see the network in the `xe network-list' output and I could
see it in brctl as xapi0

I just couldn't see it in openxenmanager: so maybe it is some bug with
openxenmanager as you suggest and maybe this bug can be assigned to that
package.
