[Pkg-xen-devel] Bug#769439: xen-utils-4.4: VGA Passthrough with Xen 4.4

Hello,

qemu-dm is no longer present in xen-utils-4.4. 
As reported in xen Wiki, without qemu-dm is not possible to passthrough vga adapters.

Please consider to include it again in the build of xen-utils.
