The only way to reboot the machine after this crash is to power cycle.


How reproduce
-------------

Install Debian Jessie x64 and xen-system-amd64 on Dell PowerEdge R730xd.
Try to reboot the machine with the command reboot.
You will get the crash.

The issue is only on Dell PowerEdge R730xd model. Dell PowerEdge
R510/R520 didn't have the issue.
